The Grand View Boulevard Elementary School Library is a model school library designed to help prepare students to live and learn in a world of information. The library staff ensure that students have access to resources that enable them to integrate information literacy skills into all areas of learning. With over 10,000 books and related printed material in both English and Spanish, the library offers a vast resource for continued learning for all students.
Grand View's Computer Center provides students with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with technology and hone their computer skills on the over 30 desktop Macs available for their use. With access to the Internet, students at all levels learn to understand that the Web connects them to the rest of the world, increasing their knowledge of the diverse peoples and cultures around us. Teachers and staff provide students with access to a plethora of educational websites that educate and engage, as well as teach digital citizenship by building a culture of respect and caring.
